Here is a calendar with daily lesson plans using the newspaper for the month of February. Each day there is a specific subject focus.  Monday – Language Arts, Tuesday –  Social Studies,  Wednesday – Math, Thursday – Science and Friday is thematic for each month with topics on Newspaper Knowledge, Character Education, Critical Thinking, Life Skills, Careers and Moral Reasoning.
